Great location, close to East Daegu station with lots of food and shopping options nearby. Hotel is very clean and the staff are great. Bes was a little hard, but that is preferential.

This place was very disappointing. The room and location were nice but everything costs a huge extra fee. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where you have to pay to use the pool. Took my son swimming and it costs $100 for both of us to enter and pay for the required swim caps you have to wear in the pool. Not a family friendly place.

The hotel is located near Train Station so, location is very good. But the view was terrible and the service was very poor also. They were too late and looked amateur.

It's close to Dongdaegu Station and the subway, so it's convenient for travel and dining. There are only two problems I have. First, there are no streaming options on the television. Second, I never utilized the breakfast buffet, because you have to pay extra per diem for it, and even a 2-star hotel in America may offer breakfast for free.

I was a bit uncomfortable about the way the staff watched me while having breakfast. The food was very good and the happy hour food was excellent.
The room was very spacious and clean.
I did have an issue with changing the dates of my stay and the ability to get a credit. However, I think this was an Expedia issue rather than a hotel issue. The hotel staff informed me it wouldn’t be an issue at check in but Expedia was required to make the change. When I engaged Expedia they indicated an issue with their system and they were unable to help me. In the end, the hotel did provide me the credit, even though Expedia said they couldn’t help me with getting the credit.
My recommendation is to book directly with the hotel rather than through Expedia as they are willing to work with you if you need to make changes to your reservation. This is based on what I experienced in this specific instance.
Overall hotel was great, very clean rooms, with great food, and plenty of great shopping in the area. I will be staying there again and booking directly with the hotel staff.

The room was nice and clean. Location is great—near local restaurants; Shinsaegae Department Store and Dongdaegu Station (bus and rail) are only a 10-15min walk. However, my initial enthusiasm was dampened by the disappointing check-in experience. Despite attendants behind the desk in the empty lobby, none acknowledged our presence until I made a remark to my companion. Even then, there was a notable absence of a simple 'Hello'. I took the initiative to initiate conversation and inquire about our reservation. The customer service fell significantly short given the price we paid and the esteemed reputation the establishment aimed to maintain. The checkout was a bit better; although the attendant seemed awkward, she managed a smile. On a brighter note, the cleaning lady was a standout—her genuine friendliness and professionalism were truly remarkable!
