Nice comfortable room
Receptionist was friendly and welcoming, I booked a one night stay here and double (sleeper room) my room was changed to a room with a view of the Thames. Nice clean and comfortable. Room I was given tho it was directly opposite the lifts so was very noisy guests that need some consideration to not talk because they sounded like they were in my room. Sign needs to be put in place to ask guests to keep noise to a minimum when going to their rooms.

I lked the eco friendly ethos with electric heating. And not having the room cleaned. In return, we got vouchers which we could only use in the bar upstairs , which charged very high prices for the drinks?

A good stay
Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is great although the walkway in isn’t brilliant. Breakfast service was busy but efficient, breakfast was good. Just watch “two cocktails for one” offers, they’re not quite the value they seem although the cocktails were tasty.

Lovely hotel, all the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, views of the tower bridge was great. Room could do with an update but the bed was comfortable and it was clean would definitely book again
