Everything was very clean, no off smells. Parking was plentiful. Close to places to eat and a short drive to Corning. Easy to access room. I would most definitely stay there again. Sorry to say that we didn't have time to explore the area or shop as it looked like a nice place.

Bathroom needed to be upgraded (peeling sink face, exposed / unpainted wood, ill-fitting shower curtain, large cracks in the sink poorly filled), missing decoration, missing room trim, lights above bed.
