there were a couple of items we reported. One of the reading lights was not working. the bathroom sink plug did not hold water in the basin. another observation was there were no complimentary bottles of water in the room - which is usual in high value rooms.

I stayed 4 days into this room with no outside light. The room faced the inside. The hotel should mention that the room has no windows to the outside so we know full well what we are booking.

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge is very centrally located with easy access to everything. It’s a lovely hotel with great facilities. We had a beautiful studio room that we received as upgrade at checkin with instant access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will definitely use it again when we are in London.

A 3-star Raddisson Masquerading as something more

Similar to the massive Times Square hotels. Crowded lobby and elevators, loud, etc. Service is mediocre—one has to pay at the door for room service (they won’t charge it to the room); housecleaning didn’t come until late afternoon, and never refilled the drinking water; difficult to get someone from the front desk in the phone; no plug adaptors to lend guests; closet was full of dust; the towels were the lowest quality possible; the shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles in my shower were all empty and never got filled.

Mixed Bag

The thing we loved is the location in London is……All the most important attractions and transportation you would want to see and use as a first time visitor are right there!! As far as the hotel itself…..Everything in the main areas are great. Especially the services provided by concierge, room service, doorman/ baggage. We really enjoyed Primo bar offerings and service. Likewise, Joel was first rate dining. However we did not like staying 7 nights and having our room cleaned every 3 nights to save water. We asked they at least come in each day to make the bed, take out trash and tidy up…. Nothing that required using water…. But No. One of the things I enjoy about travel/hotel stays is after a long day sightseeing is coming back to a room that at least has the bed made. There were a few things that didn’t function in the room either. The outlet in the bathroom was so loose I couldn’t get my curling to stay on. The hair dryer provided couldn’t be plugged in the bathroom. So I sat in hallway on the floor to dry my hair where the correct plug for the dryer worked. I also came back at the end of the day to take a long soak in the nice comfortable tub only to discover the plug wasn’t working and all the water draining out…. Talk about wasting water! We stayed here when it was an IHG property. Now it’s a Radisson Hotel. Not the same.

Unhappy Stay

We booked the Plaza for a long weekend stay. Overall we were very disappointed with this hotel for the following reasons: The Hotel wasn’t clean, Dirty Bowls being left outside rooms for up to 10 hours. Trodden in good on Carpets leading to rooms , not vacuumed for hours. A used Glass from the Bar left by the Lifts by the concierge desk all day ! Rooms not cleaned to an acceptable standard. Plus items missing from room. Rude staff When disabled wife was waiting for people to move out of the way. Ridiculous queues for Breakfast Making you Book the Swimming pool , and then staff letting others in who haven’t booked and staff policing times which then impacts on the croweded pool. Changing rooms were dirty , not cleaned frequently enough. Used towels and hotel slippers / Gowns left everywhere. Allowing people to smoke outside designated smoking areas ( literally out front of the hotel) which isn’t great for families leaving the hotel. Light control didn’t work in room 1337 Standard light didn’t work. No water in rooms Overall felt like an inconvenience to the staff and not a guest. Poor overall
