I love the fragrance-free linens which are very well-tolerated and neutral for my allergies. My room was prepared fragrance-free at my request and I am grateful. The air conditioner smelled musty so should be cleaned soon, but everything else was great.

Why would the guest next door create such a ruckus, bang on the walls, try yelling things, etc. Am I mistaken in thinking that the Marriot brand does not allow such disturbances. The first time I informed the manager, this should have been flagged, I should have been offered to switch rooms, and given a sincere apology. Instead, upon telling the manager, they did nothing.
