We arrived early and requested an early check-in. It took the reception 2 hours before we had a response from the reception. It was only resolved when we spoke to the manager. Breakfast was good and service staff are helpful.

Made 7 trips to Colombia in 7 years, by far the best hotel with location, gym and a 5 star breakfast buffet. My 11th floor room had a balcony with table and chairs with a fantastic view. Have stayed at some of the best, Double Tree, Best Western, Hilton, Holiday Inn.

I was forced to layover in Bogota by the airline. I had to find an hotel with free airport shuttle, and close enough to get to the airport early next morning. After expending the previous night in a plane I needed to rest. After a quick search in Expedia I picked Whyndham Bogota. And It was the right choice they allowed me to an early check-in, breakfast, and hot water shower.
