WoW, great stay.
WoW, wonderful location close to the beach. Beach towels, long chairs and parasol included. Both pools, pool area, gym and lounge area were well maintained and clean. Room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We used the washer and dryer in the room. We stayed 4 nights for family trip and will definitely return.

My wife and I and a daughter had one bedroom suite with kitchen for 4 nights. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sofa bed was great for my daughter. My wife and my daughter were able to tele-work in the room with fast Wi-Fi. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The valet parking was so convenient with quick in and out. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach and loved the landscape surrounding. We will definitely come back and would highly recommend it.

It is a beautiful view from this hotel , but this hotel is very bad at service and it’s not clean. You have to wash your own towels. Gym clothes at 10 pm Hot tub was not working. The check-in is at 4 pm and they never let us know that our room was ready. If you leave luggage, you have to pay for it. Customer service is very poor.

Lackluster experience this time around. This was my 4th stay. I’ve stayed here consecutive years since 2021 but this trip really let me down. First, I go into my room and was greeted by hairballs on the night desk. I go to sit on my bed and there was a brown circular stain on the bedding so I spent the first moments of my trip cleaning. Next I go to take a shower and my shower head was busted. The water was trickling out with next to no pressure which made for a lousy shower, not to mention a longer shower due to a lack of water coming out. My first three trips were all near perfect but things seem to be on the downside. I hope they turn things around but I probably won’t be back for awhile until they do. The views and location are all still amazing.

My wife and I stayed here in mid June 2024 in a "luxury corner 1 bedroom apartment". Check in time was a bit excessive. We got up to our room and when I opened the door I immediately thought this is not "luxury". After looking around and inspecting the unit, here is what I found. Very sloppy paint job with missed spots on walls and ceilings and wall paint slopped all over trim and paint on tile floors. Laundry area bifold door hanging offtrack and couldn't be fixed without repair. Bathroom quality was like a motel. Duct tape on the shower/tub floor covering something. Very uncomfortable bed. The outdoor pool off our balcony was drained of water and un-usable. Whole unit was cleaned poorly with dirt in corners. Very poor selection of kitchen ware. There was a faulty flickering LED bulb in the bathroom. I unscrewed it for the night and then the next morning took it to the front desk to ask for a replacement. They wouldn't give me one but said they would send up maintenance. Maintenance never showed up that day so I set it out in the hallway on the floor by the door thinking maybe they'll just swap it out. We never had that light bulb replaced our entire stay. Forced valet parking and would feel uncomfortable if they weren't tipped every time. Problem with A/C a couple times, I eventually had to shut off the system and restart it. Overall old, lacks maintenance, far from luxury, dirty and lacking amenities. For the price, this place is a joke. Worth half at best.
