Pros: 1. Fast Check in. 2. Very friendly staff. 3. Good Location. 4. Clean room. 5. No bugs. 6. Our room had a hair dryer, refrigerator and microwave. Cons: 1.No remote for the TV. 2. No ice. 3. They gave us 3 towels and 1 wash cloth. Had to catch a housekeeper to get another one. 4. No phone in room. 5. Tried to call the front desk several times from our cell phones and got No answer. 6. No coffee maker. 7. Bed swagged in the middle. This was the first motel we stayed in on our first trip to Pigeon Forge( almost 40 years ago) I really wanted to like it, for sentimental reasons. We won't stay here again.

Terrible stay
Our stay was absolutely terrible. We were only there to sleep after exploring Dollywood. The curtains in our one room was ripped all to shreds. We didn’t get any washcloths in that room at all. The other room the deadbolt didn’t work and we had to place a chair against the door to feel safe. There was no water pressure in that room. Absolutely would stay away from this hotel.

Never again!!
When we arrived we immediately could tell that the pictures on hotels.com are obviously from a different hotel. We killed five roaches upon entering the room. The tv legs were broken, so it leaned against the wall. the smoke detector constantly beeped until we finally unplugged it. The bathroom door is smaller than the frame so even if its closed you could see in the bathroom. The shower was so small you have to duck down to wash. There are spots on the walls that look like roaches were killed there. There were no towels upon arriving so we had to walk to the front desk because the phone did not work. The mattress felt like apiece of plywood. We would have left but there was no rooms available anywhere else. So many holes in curtains. walls are so thin you can hear everything next door and upstairs.

CRAP MOTEL
To say this was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in is an understatement. We had roaches and stink bugs, the door was broken, the shower head was literally 4'8" high I'm 5'3" and my husband is 6ft. The bed was like sleeping on plywood. The wifi was sketchy at best, TV was crap. I honestly have nothing good to say about this hotel. You absolutely get what you pay for, the website is totally misleading. People do not stay here, we talked to another couple and they had bedbugs. I told the receptionist that this was one nasty hotel and his response was "I'm not surprised", and I said "I'm pretty sure you are going to have a lot of complaints today" and again his response this time was "well it doesn't matter to me."

Maybe a last resort, but go elsewhere
While cheap, paying the extra to stay somewhere else may be a better choice. When we arrived to our room, the first thing we noticed was the lock to the door being broken. Beyond that, there was a sizeable stain on the bed spread. Going further in, the bathroom door had no lock and a fairly big cockroach looking at me in it's space. I went to the front and asked to swap rooms. The second room had no bugs, which was at that point, pretty much the condition for staying. The room smelled odd, almost like a cigarette, but we just thought it was the heat being on (it wasn't, the smell stayed for a full week) and the bed was horrendous. The bed sloped off on both the left and the right to where you had to sleep towards the middle to stop yourself from rolling off. The bathroom had black spotting around the baseboards and top of the shower, which looked to be black mold and the shower only had two options for water temperature, ice cold or scalding hot. I would definitely not stay here again.

Rundown hotel
We knew we were choosing one of the least expensive hotels for $80 but still the condition of the hotel and room were disappointing. Taped up tv remote that didn't work, lights broken or burnt out, a coffee machine with no coffee, no conditioner, no washcloths. Overall it was a place to sleep but didn't feel like a good value.

Sh*tty Place
Found cockroachs in the room. Went to check out and no one was in the lobby door was locked so had to put key in Dropbox. Noisy all night long, wifi didn't work, no coffee maker in room. All around terrible place. Had to pay an extra $75 on top of what we paid when we booked. Walls so thin you could hear everything the neighbors were saying. Shady place won't be returning.

The chair in the room was covered in stains, the mattress felt like plywood, child safety lock on door was broken, there was roach bugs in the bathroom, the room door was jammed & u had to throw your weight into it for it to open. The maid never came to clean or bring fresh towels (Only 1 towel & wash cloth for the weekend for 3 people) On a positive note, the room was very cheap. Do not recommend

Don’t Recommend
Well to start off the first room we were assigned would not open so we went back to the front desk and they stated it was because the battery was dead in the lock and put us two rooms down. We went in there and at first we thought for a budget hotel and paying $48 for a one night stay, it will do. Went to the island, came back.. cockroaches were on the wall and in the floor. No smoke detector hooked up. Pee splatter still in the floor. Hair in the shower. Checked the mattress for bedbugs and it looked clean at least. Checked out and the gentleman hardly acknowledged I was there, was more concerned about his phone. Only good thing was that the heat worked well. Will not be back. I took photos of our room for reference.
Cockroach on wall
Place for smoke detector
Open electrical place in a bathroom

Arrived at 10:30 pm and the office was closed. A handwritten note to call a number for service. This led me to find a box with my room key. The door latch was very hard to get open but it was possible. we went in and slept till morning and we were out until late. tried to use the TV and it was not functioning. During the 3-night stay we only saw one person who came out of his room while we were struggling with the door. he said he was the maintenance man. He had no shoes on and looked as if he had just gotten out of bed. When we left at 7:00 am and we were left to drop off the key in the box we found it in having never seen anyone in the office.
