Fun Kasa El Paseo in the heart of Miami Beach
Regardless the length of your stay, Kasa doesn’t clean the rooms daily, which is a major staple of the hotel industry. They really need to provide this service to be excellent. Being virtual, front desk, works safely and effectively since they are responsive when you contact them providing the service you are requesting promptly. The stairs could be cumbersome when carrying luggage. The stairs also make you doubtful about going back to your room to retrieve something you forgot or to use the bathroom.

Good Value
The check in process was simple and the room was clean and nice. The hotel was good value for the area, which was close to the action. The noise from the street was minimal and didn't bother us at all. I was disappointed that they told us about an hour before check in that are room wouldn't be ready until 5 PM (an hour after our check in time), and just suggested we pay out of pocket for luggage lockers rather than finding a solution for storing the bags or offering a discount. We made it work, but better planning next time on their end would be appreciated.

Room nor bathroom was cleaned, coffee maker broken, check in email never received, waited too long for customer service, contact numbers onsite wrong and disconnected, construction going on and weren't notified until the night we checked in, room right over night life that didn't end until after 4am, couldn't leave room once keyless entry battery died and had to wait for a replacement. So much more, Very bad

The location was great and place was well maintained. I have 4 stars would of been 5 if not for only 3 issues. 1 was not able to order food for family due to delivery services not being to find place. Even our ride share had issues locating us. 2nd TV streaming was on a shared wifi network so I guess some children from another apt kept signing into our TV while we were watching TV. (Plus tv could of been bigger) 3rd was just wish the rooms with the bed were separated But overall great experience was able to check in early. Like I said before great location from beach and shopping.

Family Long Weekend in Miami
2nd time staying here and loved it again! Such a convenient location to all the fabulous restaurants and within a short walk to South Beach. Very comfortable stay overall and in particular the beds were comfortable and lots of space in the unit. We wished the shower would have been enclosed…no door. I had to request a restocking of towels half way through our stay which was a bit challenging to get to talk with a human because it just a virtual front desk. Be sure to read the virtual front desk instructions carefully for how to get into the building and unit. If I hadn’t already stayed at the property back in 2021 I would have been very confused because it’s a bit difficult to find the first time. Valet parking is expensive and I’m not convinced was necessary. Overall, this was terrific!

Late check-out isn't complimentary—they offered 6 p.m. for $100, and when I requested just an extra hour or two, the remote staff was rude. They also don't store luggage, recommending a service that costs nearly $9 for a carry-on
