Also the dressing gown supplied was far too small and had 2 both in same size. I am 6ft3 and 17 stone would be fine but the average male but I am a big guy. Other than that can’t fault it. "

"It’s the first time we have stayed at the hotel and it was fantastic. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful and very polite. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel itself and the grounds are stunning. The food is very good and reasonably priced and the breakfast is a buffet style and there is plenty to choice from and all locally sourced. Also the spar and the swimming

"A lovely 2 day break at the lakes, so peaceful and relaxing. Spa is great too and we pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time. Food in the tipi was also great, would have liked to have seen some more sweet breakfast and healthy options though. It would also be great if there was an on-site shop to buy any groceries/essentials to save having to drive elsewhere."

"A lovely two night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We had bar food in the lounge one evening. Sadly it was not a good experience. One member of staff having to take drinks orders, prepare the drinks and also take food orders. Poor man was totally overwhelmed by the situation. Long wait for food. James came to the rescue but it was all a little like Fawlty Towers! Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of offerings. The hotel was comfortable with beautiful gardens and a welcoming
