Need work
Went there and everything was under maintenance. The elevator in the parking garage were out due to them fixing up the third floor at the time. Meaning u have to take the stair to the first floor of the parking garage if you not lucky to park on the first floor. The stairs were wet and smelling due to it raining. The lobby was nice and clean and the elevator inside the building was kinda creepy to used. It feel like it wil break in any giving moment. The room was nice but there were some places where they miss cleaning up and there was a hole in the shower roof right where the shower head is and the shower floor was dirty. The fridge was super smelly like they didn’t bother to clean out the fridge for a month. The room look nice thou but they really need to fire the cleaning staff in the 17th floor or make sure they working.

Intense Urine Smell in Garage Stairwell
When you think ‘Crowne Plaza’ I think your first thought is a ‘nice’ hotel. I had one of the worst experiences at this property. When you pull in, your only parking option is the garage, and you use a credit card to enter. There was no visible signage that the garage elevators weren’t working, or that you need to check-in before parking because ‘some’ rates INCLUDE parking. Once I parked, I carried my bags down the filthy garage stairwell. On the 2nd floor, I was met with the intense smell of urine on the 1st floor. It was disgusting. Then at check in, the staff handed me a tag to park - and since I was already in the garage, they told me there was no way to refund the $25 fee and that I’d have to call hotels.com. The room was dated to the point that the phone was yellow. I didn’t want to touch the carpet or anything really. It was such an incredible disappointment and the hotels.com rating couldn’t have been more wrong. This property is gross, dated and not worth the money or your time. It’s by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in considering the price and the ‘Crowne Plaza’ name.

Not so great first experience
The hotel is ok not exactly what i was expecting at all. The room they put us in the AC wasn't working so it was pretty hot and when i complained they send the maintenance which took at least an hour and nothing was done because it stayed hot. I called to complain about it again an they finally agreed to change our room and the second room was better however the overall experience was not sooo great they only have two working elevators and one of the two would go out ever so often so waiting for the elevator because a thing to do. Parking is expensive and kinda sucks. The employees can also be disrespectful but just a few not all.

Nice but not perfect
Room looked just like the photo. Large clean room with plenty of outlets including USB. Both beds shared 1 nightstand. Bathroom was missing a tub stopper but otherwise nice. Our room was by the stairwell and the door was super loud whenever someone would use the stairwell, but people stopped using it around 8pm so not a big deal. We left early in the morning so not sure if it would be an issue if someone was trying to sleep in.
