Ugh!

When we checked in to our room, it was not vacuumed there was trash in the refrigerator and the bathroom would not flush. I went to the front desk. They gave us another room. The room was not clean. There were old mattresses out front when we first drove up the ice machine was filthy. The swimming pool was dirty. The girl at the front desk was nice.

The front office lady was very nice and accommodating ! The conditions of the hotel not so much :/ the first room the toilet wouldn’t flush unless you took the lid off and pulled the plunger up and the smoke detector kept chirping. She moved us to another room quickly and with not hesitation. The whole reason I booked this hotel was because the advertised the indoor pool and jacuzzi however the jacuzzi is broken. If something isn’t available it shouldn’t be on the amenities list. The whole purpose of choosing this hotel was the jacuzzi. Very disappointing to say the least.
