PET OWNERS BEWARE!!!!

We had a terrible experience upon check in. We were told we had to stay on the 1st floor due to travelling with our small dog, bug the room required 12 steps to go up and was not accessible by elevator or ramp. When I requested a room on a floor accessible by elevator due to limited mobility and knee pain I was told that was not possible, later was told that could be done for additional $100 per night. I made this reservation 2 months ahead and refused to pay extra the inconvenience caused by hotel. We did not stay at this hotel as we had to find another place to stay. That day we were on the road for 12 hours and it caused me a lot of stress and pain to have to arrange a hotel in the middle of the night in the unfamiliar city. I do not recommend this hotel to pet owners and information about steps to the room hallway should be made available upon booking. Also parking was full and we were told to park on the lawn or garage about 300 feet away. Worse yet - they charged me for the stay that did not happen!

Hotel as pretty clean. Fromt desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the hot tub and pool. They were really busy in the evening. I took my daughter and friend for a girls night and we all had fun!

Nice workers, not so nice stay.

The workers were amazing! Especially Gabriel! He was wonderful and always helpful. Room size was good. Walking distance to the falls! Now for the not so good. The tv was very small for the room size. There was no good channels on our tv. However my daughter stayed in a different room and had different tv channels. I was told she had direct tv and we had spectrum. The bed was HARD!! Very hard to sleep on. There was water damage on the ceiling. The bathrooms were so small. The bathtub was dirty. The pool was cold and the hot tub was broken. The hotel restaurants didn’t deliver to your room. The hallway smelled like weed from other guest even though it was a no smoking hotel. Noisy heaters. Thin walls. Breakfast consisted of sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, pancakes, instant oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, toast, bagels, coffee and juice. It was ok for what it was. We are planning another visit it Niagara Falls but I think we will probably pick another hotel next time.

The gentleman that checked us in was absolutely great. I don’t remember his name though. When we checked in they gave us a room way down the hall away from the elevators. I explained that I had a knee replacement and they moved us up closer, which was fabulous.

Get what you pay for

You get what you pay for I guess. It was not very clean and definately a low budget type of hotel. Kids running around screaming , can hear everything through the walls . But I only paid a 100 bucks and picked it for convenience of where I needed to be the next day which was within walking distance . That was only perk .

Staff was nice. Coffee and hot chocolate was available all day. Had to ask for pool towels most times we were there. Had an issue with the hotel door, but maintenance was up within five minutes and fixed the issue. Short walking distance to restaurants. Overall, we had a nice time.
