Where do I begin, this is the second time I have went to this hotel within tbeee years. Three years ago they told me the pool was being renovated after I had already checked in, I decided to call early this time and got the same exact answer about the pool, that three years later the pool still isn’t open. False advertisement at best! Remote control in room did not work, Wi-Fi did not work, had to use my hotspot to watch Tv. Bathroom lacked almost every amenity, I just know personally this isn’t one of the good Hiltons and I will not be returning.

My stay

The stay was great. Unfortunately the ice machines don’t all work so if your on a floor like I was then you have to locate a floor that has a working machine. And with over 400 children/teens in the building catching the elevator at moments was challenging
