only 1 elevator in the hotel was working, the wait time was aggravating . the elevator for the parking garage was slow as a turtle.

It was ok, the parking lot was not connected to the hotel. All elevators were broken except one. It was very hard for us since we needed ADA and there was no parking remotely close to the elevators. The room I got didn’t have a bench in the shower as advertised on the pictures. The pull out mattress was also like 2 in thick and very hard to lay on. The service however was nice they came when needed. It was more of the other little issues and struggles that made it difficult.
