There's a few reasons why I have always stayed at the Pan Pacific when I travel to Singapore; the staff are always welcoming and helpful; the rooms are very comfortable and clean; the pool and gym areas are very good; the food is always tasty. Due to pan pacific building a new hotel here that won the best building award, this hotel was and still is affordable for a five star hotel. The staff are nice and the elevators are cool and look like glass pods from the future. The rooms are nice but standard rooms are somewhat small. Located next to shopping and convenient. Overall great experience.
