Check-in
Check-in was quick, and we got drinks, but for three guests, we received only two keys and no hotel info.
Staff
Service was terrible—getting water took forever, and staff seemed uninterested. Most didn’t understand basic English. They were more helpful to Spanish speakers. A wrong coffee order was remade with a bad attitude.
Room
Spacious and clean, but the bathroom design was awkward—one door for both the toilet and shower, which had a transparent wall. Coffee and drinks were restocked every other day, and we got only two bathrobes for three guests.
Beach/Pools
Clean with enough loungers. Lots of seaweed, but staff cleaned it quickly.
Restaurants/Bars
Reservations were nearly impossible. When we finally dined in, service was poor, and food wasn’t worth it. The sports bar was severely understaffed, making ordering a hassle.
Entertainment
The best part—plenty of activities, and the animation team was great.
Overall
The hotel has potential, but due to poor service, we wouldn’t return.
