The property is outdated the staff were rude not all but some. The cleaning staff in the rooms were amazing. The food in the buffet wasn’t great. The breakfast food was pretty good. But the rest looked very much like it had been remade into other dishes from The night before. The travel club me. We’re all very pushy trying to get onto invest into a hotel. The coffee (espresso) machine in the main bar was broken. Only Nescafé coffee out of a machine not good. Mexico has great Coffee beans they need to use Their own coffee. One bar for drinks at night to order from. If you went into the sports bar the waitresses had to go to The main bar to get drinks.

This hotel is NOT a 4 or 5 star hotel. Maybe a 3 and being generous. Trash left by the guest everywhere, the hotel is super old, the bed was horrible, stayed there for 6 nights and I didn’t sleep well cuz the beds and pillow are so old and uncomfortable. The pool is soo small and soo crowed is not enjoyable at all, in 3 different occasions/days they didn’t have towels. It was impossible to get reservations to the three restaurants they have, as the app only allows you to book one day in advance. We had the new year day dinner at the Portofino, which was terrible to say the least , our reservation was at 8:30 and we only got the main dish around 9:40 and it was cold. The only good thing this hotel has lucky for us was the Buffett. So sadly, pretty bad experience for the expensive price we paid.

Everything overall was great. Friendly staff, yummy food. Loved the quiet pool… we spent all 10 days there. Lots of walking up/down which was okay for us. Hotel was stairs only. The only thing that made me uneasy is that there was a motion sensor in our room- I’m not sure what it was for but would love to know. That alone would make me not stay there again. Room was clean, A/C worked. Entertainment wasn’t very good, we just brought cards down to the common area in the evenings and did our own thing instead. Transportation from the hotel could have been better (there are not any shuttles that take you from airport to resort like most)

Atroz experiencia con la recepción del hotel Grand Palladium Vallarta a la llegada y salida. Solicitud injustificada de un precio adicional importante cuando nuestra agencia de viajes había transmitido las edades de los niños a través de la plataforma Hoteles.com. Pago del precio cargado sin previo aviso y después de bloquear nuestra habitación para evitar una reclamación. Imposible obtener detalles de la reserva a través de Hotels.com, no hay persona de contacto. El comportamiento de la recepción: una pena para la imagen del Palladium Hotel; Por lo demás, el hotel es bueno, la comida también, aunque la animación y el confort de la habitación (ropa de cama, insonorización de la habitación están por debajo de un Iberostar equivalente, por ejemplo).

En general la calidad del hotel es buena considerando calidad-precio. Solo recomendaría que la atención del personal fuera mejor, ya que nos negaron el servicio de alimentos(mesera y cheff)en al área de alberca del Family -selection a las 5:20 pm, siendo que el servicio termina a las 6:00 de la tarde, hasta que el mesero Carlos escucho el tema y el muy amablemente nos atendió y nos llevó de comer . De verdad creo que son detalles que arruinan el trabajo de todos los demás, si no fuera por el mesero Carlos mi satisfacción hubiera sido muy mala, pero gracias a ese tipo de trabajadores que salvan a todo!!
