This hotel has reached the end of its life. Carpets are really old and dirty, room smelled of old air conditioner. Without a remodel this hotel should be a hard no on anyone’s list. Breakfast staff worked hard to at least perk people up a bit with the offerings.

Room was excellent and spotless. Bed was comfortable. Everything was easy. Highly recommend if you are traveling for work and need somewhere to crash for a night.

Hotel was dirty, rooms dirty. Missing tv remote. Elevator broken. Staff not friendly. The hotel needs a good cleaning, painting and lots of upgrading. Will not be booking this one again.

Good room at a decent price

This hotel seemed to be short-staffed the evening we arrived. There was another guest waiting to check i and there was no one around. He was calling the hotel to try to get someone's attention. She finally appeared and said she was alone on her shift. The room itself did not have a USB outlet to charge a cellphone/ It also lacked a digital clock. I enjoyed the waffle at breakfast, which I had with turkey sausage. The coffee maker was broken! The manager went next door to a Dunkin and bought coffee, but just purchased regular coffee, no decaf. So I went without.

The stay was not bad, the floor was dirty and wash cloth had make up on it, and toilet was rocky. But overall not bad. I WOULD GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY TO SEE IF THE SCORE IS HIGHER THE NEXT TIME.

the hotel was horrible. Room smelled, flys in the room, elevators not only did not work, but when you had to take stairs to the second floor, you then had to go down stairs again to get to your room. Place was old, dirty, ice machines did not work and customer service was non existent. Would never stay there or any other quality inn ever again. Expecially since they charged us top dollar for a one night stay - $279.00 was ridiculous. HORRIBLE

Good stay. Only one complaint.

The staff was wonderfully hospitable and friendly. No complaints there. The room was fine for my overnight stay. the breakfast was standard hotel hot breakfast bar with sausage, eggs, waffles, etc, plus cereals, oatmeal, etc. My only disappointment is that it seems there were some perhaps 'subsidized' guests? They smoked and cussed a lot. I had to ask one of them, who was cussing up a storm outside my door to please lower her voice. She stepped outside to continue her tirade.
