Nice location needs work
This hotel is dated and needs major updates. The room was not as clean as a hotel room should be. The shower floor was super slippery. The toilet struggled to flush. There were never any chairs available at the pool and yet the entire property had sunbeds for purchase that were empty. The drinks and food at the pool were good and the service was good. It took way too long to check in. There are stains on the floor and couch. A good deep clean would help alot.

I was treated really well
This suite was much more than i expected. I chose it after scrolling for a day of room after getting off a party Jam Cruise for 5 days. I had a few friends who each needed their own rooms for a night or two to decompress with their significant others. It was above and beyond to have a great suite to hang out with friends without being cramped.

Check in was terrible. Took over 20 minutes. My prepaid reservation was cancelled. Super frustrating as this multi night stay was over $1000 with $250-300 a night not including mandatory $50/day resort fee. Then they tried to upsell me on a more expensive room. The temperature control in the room didn’t work. No modern USB chargers. Kitchen didn’t even include utensil. Front desk phone was rarely answered. Pool was nice. 2 guest max was odd. It should really be 4. I would NOT stay again for the price and lack of service.

Mondurian could pay more attention to details
It is a beautiful hotel with great views although they don't pay attention to details. Sliding door to balcony make a horrible sound in what seemed to be everyone's room. The and conditioner were completely empty as well. Overall decent experience although I would stay somewhere else next time.

Not the best experience
The lobby and pool area are amazing but the rooms were dirty and very out of date. It looked like they barely cleaned the room before we checked in. The best part of the trip was Charlie downstairs who helps with booking things to do. She was amazing! And the view from the pool was hard to beat. Some of the other staff was a little rude and we had quite a few noise disturbances each night. Overall I would say this hotel is for the views.
