Staff were amazing and friendly. Room was great and clean. Lobby’s were nice with lemon and cucumber water and coffee and tea for morning. Felt secure and safe. Close to the beach and they offered beach towels. Highly recommended hotel.

Charming South Beach Boutique Hotel
A nice boutique hotel just 2 blocks off the beach. This is a family-friendly hotel with a charming ground level pool and a fun rooftop pool. The room was spacious and very inviting. The complementary happy hour drink at the hotel bar was a nice surprise. I recommend the Nogal Sunset!

ALLERGY WARNING - cleaning smells over the top
The staff was nice but so much was not what we expected. The chemical cleaning smell was so intense I could barely breathe in all common areas. The rooms were worn down (broken bed, broken coffee makers) and be aware - parking is an extra $40 per day which is communicated via email as $30 per day, after you make your non refundable booking. We heard noises from above, constantly and the beds are most certainly not “pillow top” as described online.

I Just Loved It!
Outstanding hotel. Such character. Beautiful. Unique. Has that retro Florida feel with wooden slatted shades. You can tell that care went into this place. The design is beautiful-Have I said the word beautiful enough? Staff is exemplary. Sweet. Caring. Kind. Bed was so comfortable. If you want a boutique hotel that isn’t outrageously expensive-this is it. A short walk to the beach… a CVS and a deli about a half block away- this was perfect. I’ll be back!

Unfortunately we had Luke warm shower water. It was really uncomfortable. I called to ask for repair and no one came despite being told they would repair it. One night people were partying so loud blaring music and yelling. I texted management to please call police and I never got a response housekeeping didn’t come in two of the days. I had to get my own toilet paper. The elevator was shut down for one of the days. I asked for a night refund and the offered my free breakfast. This place isn’t well run. I do not recommend it.

When we arrived which was after the check in time, only 1 of 3 rooms were ready and one room was ready until well after 5pm. The room was clean but smelled like mold or musty.
