Great water pressure
We were on the third floor and the water pressure was so great that the showerhead kept blowing off the hose. The staff was very responsive and was up immediately to check on it and when they couldn’t fix it, someone quickly came up with a new showerhead and hose.
Unfortunately, when my son turned the shower back on the nozzle on the new showerhead fell off, maybe it wasn’t tightened properly when they assembled it. I was able to put it back together myself.
The room was a slightly odd layout with the queen bed in the first room, the twin beds and desk in the middle room and then finally leave the bathroom. The check-in process was very quick as was the checkout process. There was a convenient store across the street and it was a short walk from the hotel to get to the tram station. There is also a Starbucks just down the street. For an overnight layover, it did the job. I did take a look at the gym, and it consisted of very light, free weights, two treadmills and an exercise bike in a small room.
