The hotel had a super cute retro beachy vibe! Everything was nicely appointed and fresh. Loved the colors! We had a superior suite with an ocean facing balcony that was amazing! Beach access was perfect and there was even a nice green grass patch for walking the dog. The only thing that we didn’t like was that in our room, the main entrance was in the king bedroom rather than the living space. It just made for some awkward walk-throughs in the evenings.

The pluses - hotel is renovated and is in a great location, just steps from the beach. However, we were very disappointed when we had to pay $125 tax for our dog for our 1 night stay. Apparently it was in the “fine print” when I booked on Expedia. We stood at the reception desk for quite some time while the front desk person searched for the information on the booking to show us it was there. Clearly it wasn’t easy to spot. Expedia should better inform customers of significant fees when you specifically search for a pet friendly hotel.

Very clean, friendly, close-to-the-beach hotel. My only issue is the pet pricing policy. Other hotels I've stayed at have a per night fee but SeaLoft has a $125.00 flat rate charge. Stay one night its $125.00, stay a month its $125.00. Not understanding the logic behind this, maybe all the hotels in Ocean City have this policy. Other then that we had a pleasant stay. Undecided if we will stay there again because of the pet policy.

Room was very clean and roomy. The bedroom had a TV but had You-Tube service, no cable. The bed was very comfortable. There was no curtain on the small window in the bedroom to keep the light out. The view of the ocean was excellent for the sunrise.

I loved this place! The room was super clean, spacious and the retro deco was very cute. Two things could be helpful for guests - a guide book letting guests know what the hotel offers and where to find ice machines, etc. Wifi info and a hair dryer. Very nice there was a steamer available which you do not find very often in a hotel.

What a great find! I love boutique hotels and this one with its modern retro design steps from the beach was PERFECT! I recommend the top floor for max views and privacy. Very clean and the staff was friendly. I look forward to coming back during the season to experience more!
