O prédio é novo, funcionamento da portaria e acesso muito bons e localização ideal para meu propósito (curso da mesma rua). Já havia ficado no mesmo prédio com outra administradora. Este apartamento específico, o 1001, administrado por DABA -house, tinha cama colchão e travesseiro de má qualidade,banheiro muito mal cheiroso, toalhas muito finas, bem abaixo do padrão mínimo satisfatório.
