Very nice hotel. It was clean, quiet, and the room set up was nice with the 2 beds, and the wall divider was nice. The room was not huge, but we didn't need it to be. The code access for the door was unique, but we liked it. We did check in when staff was there, but the instructions sent to us if someone wasn't there was very clear and easy to understand. Parking lot was plenty big. We would stay here again, and recommend to our friends.

party all night long, kept everyone awake
Unacceptable unsecure location. A bunch of people were having a party, the whole hotel was filled with noise, people running around yelling all night long. No emergency number, no info on how to contact anyone inside the room. Nothing. Apparently, when there is a security problem, you are expected to get out of bed, get dressed, get out of the building (!) and use an external emergency phone bolted to the wall on the outside. A disgrace and I am never staying in this chain again. I have asked for a refund.

Sanitiser to the rescue!
My friend's bathroom didn't have any soap. Nobody at Reception after about 5pm (not ideal when they haven't put soap in the bathroom!), so he couldn't get any, as the staff had already left for the evening when he needed soap the first time. Fortunately, he took a small sanitiser bottle with him to use on the trip, so this became the 'soap substitute' in the bathroom. On arrival at the hotel, the staff seemed to take a long time to book us in. Didn't think we were early but instead, they should have been more prepared with our paperwork.. Hotel clean and bed comfortable.

Unpleasant Smell, Smoking, Brown Water, Loud
Brown water at times from the shower. Hotel smelled unpleasant in public areas and in room - maybe carpet, paint, a strong sort of chemically smell. Though non-smoking, always smelled cigarette smoke. I felt I was sleeping in an ash tray. Maids ignored my door sign and verbal requests for no service. Don't plan to sleep past 7:30 am - noises from maids and guests departing will be quite loud through the thin walls. We paid for the breakfast all 5 days, but the management's consistent demand for my room number made me feel as if we were stealing - so uncomfortable we only ate 50% of the meals we paid for. Bus options are nearby, but it would have been much more convenient to have stayed near a subway stop. I will never stay at another B&B.

Good basic hotel.
Functional budget hotel. Easy access to the city centre by bus or 10 minutes walk away from metro. 10 minutes walk from football stadium. Free parking. Nice big modern restaurant 2 minutes walk away.

I am always pleased with B&B hotels. And reasonably priced. But on this occasion I was disappointed with my room. Damp smelling en suite.

Acceptable for short stays if they fix the smell
The smell in the bathroom/toilet was atrocious and spread into the room. The smart phone needed to be reconnected to the wi-fi every time it went to sleep. The bed was an average mattress on a board and therefore really hard. Otherwise the staff was extremely helpful and friendly!
