Would stay again!
If we come back to the Tri-Cities area, we would definitely pick this hotel again. We stayed here as a family of 6 and it was perfect. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable. The pool was open and it was amazing. Breakfast was very good and plenty of options. Would 100% stay again and recommend to others.

Okay though aging facility
This facility is starting to show its age - we first stayed here shortly after this location opened for busines. Room cleanliness was good, we had no issues there. The showerhead in our room dripped during the night - not good for light sleepers. Both sections of the shower door were off their tracks - an easy-for-me fix, yet something housekeeping could look for and address before guests check in. One lamp had a broken lampshade. We wanted to discuss with hotel staff when we left, however, there was no-one at the front desk and we did not have time to wait around.

This place is fantastic. Fire pit is excellent, bed was comfy, nice big room with a great sink. I travel with my little boy and he loves to swim but hates cold water, the pool was easily 90 degrees, fabulous. Only complaint is the shower wasn’t that clean but they were nice when I let them know. Would stay here again 100 percent. Great location near lots of food and Walmart, Ross, target

Great stay/service.
Great stay! All the amenities you would expect. On arrival, a lamp needed a new bulb. My wife called the desk. They said maintenance would fix it tomorrow. My wife had work to do and asked if it could be done that night. So, at 1:00 PM, they brought a whole new lamp. Great service.

It was actually really good considering the staying one day, however I have attempted to book there before, I just never because the pool was never in order so when I booked this last time, since being in such a hurry I didn't ask, thinking my son could swim. To keep busy. AGAIN IT WAS OUT OF SERVICE. But overall decent place to stay! Hopefully next time time the pool is in order. The only reason I care to post about it, is because the location to me its perfect! Movie theater, eaterys decent one. Ext.
