Convenient but nothing fancy

Average hotel, great proce for the Phoenix market. Nothing fancy about the rooms. Beds are super soft and bouncy. Water pressure in the shower is to be desired without the ability to change different settings on the shower head. The food thats offered for breakfast and dinner is very basic. Popcorn in the evenings is convenient for the kids.

I was bitten by bed bugs, resulting in multiple bites that are severely itchy and uncomfortable. Attached, you will find photos of the bites for your reference. This situation indicates a significant problem with pest control in your hotel, which has caused me considerable distress and compromised the quality of my stay. I was booked into this hotel by the error of Hotels.com. I asked to be booked for the Tempe location and when we arrived to Tempe they didn't have our reservation, however the reservation was booked in the Chandler location. We were double charged $640 for a hotel we did not stay in and paid $640 for the hotel we DID stay in. I want my $640 refund in full please ASAP This is my third notice to you and I have been waiting for my refund since 4/6/2025

Beyond belief; it’s that good!

OUTSTANDING! We stay in hotels quite often, and Drury is the best there is. Staff is wonderful, and the evening dinner, that was complementary, was really pretty good. Overall, we would stay her again in a heartbeat!
