Extremely misleading, terrible experience

Absolutely terrible. I called to complain as we arrived to see if we could get transferred somewhere else. First off, you have to collect the key from a totally different hotel - which is 30 mins walk away! So an hour round trip just to get let in - and all they do is give you a keycode that could be easily texted to you. The pictures are extremely misleading. I thought we were staying in a self catered apartment, it turns out we were in a small shoe box room with no furniture other than a bed. I would never stay here again.

It's ok

Significant distance between check in and hotel. Shared bathroom. Iron didn't work properly. Room is very basic and not really comfortable. Very loud part of town, difficult to fall asleep.

It was dirty. The lights in en-suite didn’t work. The main bathroom sink tap fell off and the bathtub wouldn’t switch from tub to shower head. No coffee maker. Blinds turned one way because the other side was filthy.

Great property but ‘painful’ check in process

While the accommodation was very good, I wasn’t aware until after making the booking that check in was at another location, some 15 minutes walk away. This was not a major problem as I only had an overnight bag but if carrying more luggage would inevitably be awkward. This situation needs to be more obvious ahead of the booking process. The apartment was well presented, fully equipped and very comfortable. The only downsides were: 1. The digital access code for the apartment did not work. Fortunately a call to reception where check in occurred was able to remedy over the phone and did not require a 15 minute walk back!! 2. there was a complete absence of any WiFi network throughout my stay. Other than these, relatively minor, issues which led me to give a 4 out of 5 rating, the property was good and I would use again.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment- just like the pictures! Comfortable and spacious. Short walk to Liverpool Street. Only fault is the street it’s located on - it was a little difficult to find and a bit noisy. Overall though I was happy and would stay here again :)

Die Couch in der Unterkunft als drittes Bett war keine Couch sondern ein Sessel zum ausklappen. Recht dünn und wenig Platz Der Check In ist 15 min Fußweg weg von der Unterkunft Die Lage ist super und man ist in 5 min an der Liverpool Street

Alles war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Für einen Wochenaufhalt sehr gut ausgestattet man hat alles was man benötigt. Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe (5 min) einer Undergroundstation und eines Tesco. In der näheren Umgebung sind auch nette Lokale. Einziges manko die Duschen waren nicht so sauber wie der Rest, es lagen Haare darin und die Fugen müssten geschrubbt werden.
