At Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, you can see all manner of exotic sea life up close. For history, you can visit Shitennoji or Shinsekai, where you can also shop at traditional markets. To light up your Instagram feed, climb to the top of Tsutenkaku Tower for its observation deck that lets you see for miles, or head for the Umeda Sky Building with its roof garden observatory.
