Terrible smell and extremely warm. Family room at ground floor and ppl smoking outside. When entering of leaving the room the door was literally facing the elevator and the stairs down to the backyard and the bar/lounge/ breakfast area. Breakfast was terrible. Scrambled eggs tasted like sausage. The cheese tasted as if it was in and out of the fridge several times. The coffee machine at the reception area cost a 20kr and tasted horrible. The room was dirty and the shower curtain was full of mould. The isolation on cable wire to the tv was broken and easy for smaller kids the touch. One socket was missing on one of the floor next to the bathroom. The staff was not particularly welcoming and we didn’t feel appreciated as a guest/customer. Location shady side street with lots of noise and garbage, but close to the park, canal and Liseberg. I would strongly recommend to find another place to sleep in Göteborg.

Har bott här många gånger under ca 30 år! Uppskattar att alla rum numera har egna duschrum. Bodde nu i 107 mot gården. Två 80 cm enkelsängar. Trivdes som vanligt toppen på hotellet. Frukosten hade allt vi kunde önska. Det är ju ett speciellt hotell i ett kanske 100 år gammalt hus. Trappsteg i entrén, ingen överdriven lyx m.m. men läget är ju helt fantastiskt! Lite mer uppmärksamhet på detaljer är aldrig fel. Vår vänstra säng saknade sänglampa. Kontakt fanns på plats under sängen, så det hade kunnat ordnas. I en taklampa var en av 5 ljuskällor trasig. Vi fick 2 duschhanddukar. Tyvärr fanns ingen duschmatta eller handdukar till händerna. I badrummet, som hade en långsmal duschplats, fanns två krokar längst till höger BAKOM duschdraperiets högra ände. Men dusch och handfat och allt fanns till vänster! En ren tillfällighet att krokarna upptäcktes. Vi vet hur det är och vill egentligen inte klaga. Det här är det enda hotellet vi alltid vill bo på i Göteborg och vi hade sån tur att vi till sist av en slump hittade ett återbudsrum när alla rum inom 2 mils radie var bokade!

Rummet hade fullt med smutts på golven längs med väggarna, hotellet såg allmänt slitet ut och som att någon icke fackmannamässig hade gjort renoveringarna. Vi visste att rummet skulle vara av mindre storlek, men hade inte räknat med att det skulle vara så dåligt planerat! Tex så fanns inga krokar att hänga upp handduk på toan (vilket kanske egentligen skulle räknas som överflödigt eftersom vi inte fick några handdukar). Blev även sjöslag på toan efter att man duschat och det fanns ingen golvhandduk eller skrapa. Med några smålösningar så skulle vistelsen blivit mycket trevligare. Tv:n på rummet funkade inte. Serveringen av frukost var dåligt planerat, allt stod huller om buller och det var mycket trångt att gå runt.

Super godt placeret hotel, ligger tæt på alting. Et lille hotelværelse, men alt nødvendigt til en get away. Oplevelsens døde, da der var virkelig virkeligt lyt. Hen af dagen, lagde man godt mærke til man kunne høre rigtig meget, men da man ikke bruger tid på værelset gjorde det ikke noget. Hen på aften larmede der men til man kunne falde i søvn. Vågnede midt natten cirka kl 1, af fulde mennesker råbe og løbe ude på gangen. Der alle var på vej hjem eller ud i byen. Vi vågnede ret brat ved en 2 tiden, da en meget højtråbende kom hjem. Larmen blev kontinuerlig ved i løbet af hele natten. Der var Latter og råb fra værelser ved siden af, så man næsten følte man var i rummet . Hen af natten blev det ved og det blev ikke til meget søvn. Vi valgte og køre hjem ved en 3 tiden, da vi ikke kunne overskue larmen.
