The cleanliness was not good. Very dusty in our room. The bathroom had 3 moths on the towels. When we had a shower the water ran down the bath across the bathroom floor. The bed was fine but the decor needed an update. Looked tired for a 4 star hotel. Good location. I told the hotel of the issues but nothing said except they would tell housekeeping.

I stay at this hotel every visit I come to London. (Approx twice a year) I find that the bathroom amenities have deteriorated. Except for soaps, nothing else is provided. During this trip, the shower gel bottle was totally empty when I checked in. When I asked for it to be replenished, they left a new bottle by the sink rather than refilling the bottle in the shower. Also, no face towels are provided. The rest of the room was fine.
