Great stay, clean, quiet room with amenities like a noise machine and a very quiet quasi-refrigerator, quality water pressure, three speed fan. Check-in desk staff was particularly helpful when I needed them. This is a 4 star hotel for a reason. The location is wonderful for those who want to take public transportation on buses, trains, trollies, cable cars and ferries. All within walking distance. Did I mention there is a nice view of the bay from the rooms with a balcony? Recommended for everyone.

Everything was great. Very clean room,staff was helpful and friendly. From the moment I arrived the greeter,the valet guy and the check in person were very courteous and friendly. It looks like the rooms have recently been renovated with nice new furniture. The restaurant staff very nice and the food and drinks very delicious. I suggest to get the room with a balcony for the ocean view.
