Nice hotel, old fashion room, bad soundproofing, no water bottle and no amenities to prepare tea or coffee in the room. Nice location and beautiful views. Stay was ok but I would not stay there again as I felt minimum amenities were not available and soundproofing not good.

The staff were excellent and professional. The dining room was lovely and food very good. This beautiful old hotel is in a dire need for a refresh. The furniture in the lobby mismatched, old and out of date. Also broken and chipped marble floors. Same applies to the guest rooms, the furniture & draperies old and need a refresh. Not enough outlets in the guest rooms.

It’s a beautiful historic hotel with a fantastic location and staff. We loved our stay and would return. However there are things I wish I’d know beforehand. Most importantly, there is a line to use elevators in the evenings, especially on weekends due to patrons of Top of the Mark. The wall paper was peeling in places and the bathroom water faucet wouldn’t turn off. Could use better maintenance but it is 100.
