If you want a very busy hotel, this is the place for you! Tons of kids/teens sports' teams completely filling the lobby & outside parking lot! Parking is expensive at the hotel but thankfully there are cheaper options nearby. Hotel staff was friendly, hotel was clean and well maintained. The property is in a good quiet location near several restaurants. The room was basic and updated. The entire place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Off site parking was in an open lot across the street with a fee of $35 per night. The falls access was a short 5 min walk if you took the tram from the top of a bluff. Otherwise the walk was about 20 min. Ubers were affordable during the week to access the tourist area around the Skywheel. I would stay again as an adult trip, but with kids, I would look for a hotel that offered free breakfast.

Two small glitches with customer service but nothing that caused big problems. When I arrived at 4 pm I was told check in started at 4 and my room would be ready in 30-40 minutes.
