We had a fabulous 5-night stay! The staff were courteous and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was tasty. The location was perfect- close to Fisherman’s Wharf, Ghirardelli Square and hopping onto the cable cars! Highly recommend - we will be back!

The room was clean, the staff were professional and friendly, and the view beautiful, but other things took away from the experience. We were there five nights and though staff said we would receive one room cleaning in those five days, no one showed up to even empty the trash cans. The room had a safe with a key, but I was told I would be charged an extra $2.00 a night, if I used it. The breakfast was free, but the eggs were cold almost every morning and the bacon undercooked. The parking garage was extremely tight maneuvering.

Our room was very clean and the staff were great. The valet parking is super helpful and worthwhile. It was nice to valet the car and then head out to walk the city. The trolley picks up near the hotel. Fisherman's Wharf and Ghiradelli Square are easy to walk to. And you can take a trolley all around town. Just purchase a day pass at the pick up locations. The hotel offers breakfast, but it is not complimentary. It is a la carte but, the food was delicious. The location was perfect for us, as we were only in the city for one full day and wanted to be tourists while there. Would recommend.
