I called the number online and was directed to a call center. I advised the agent of a late arrival and was told I was ok until 7 a.m., now if he meant 7 pm, is not for me to decide. I was pumping gas about 25 mins from property and missed a call. I immediately called back, was hung up on, and upon reaching the front desk I informed him that I was en route and assured that he saw my reservation. Now, upon arrival the cost is more than quoted and I'm being told by THE SAME guy who I had JUST spoken to that my reservation was cancelled when I didn't answer and they created a new one (when I called back I guess). Well, when was someone going to inform me? He did not honor my initial rate and advised cancelling and trying again (on Labor Day weekend, yeah right). When checking out I noticed an empty beer box propping the back door and stupid me kicked it outta the way, bc I was unable to use my key (and it was raining). So I move my car to the front and inform the front desk. The agent said she can "send a signal"...now how exactly does that help me when I'm standing in the front lobby now? I was not pleased with treatment of the staff. Guests were friendly and some staff were cordial, but I will NOT stay here again.
