2nd time staying here in last 3 weeks. 1st time key didn’t work then tv was froze and had to unplug the box to restart everything then next day came back from a long day of work just to find out the water was shut off and had to wait a few hours just take a shower. The staff at the hotel, the bed, the quality of lighting and outlets was great!. The only complaint I had other than the breakfast was that the elevators are as slow as molasses!

Staff was nice, and the room was clean. Only uncomfortable and annoying part of the stay was the shower. The showerhead was terrible, had poor water pressure and the water itself barely got hot. Had to take lukewarm showers at best.

This was a perfect rule and stay at a very affordable price for an overnight business trip in the energy section of Houston. Room was very clean, bed, comfortable, and safe parking. A nice restaurant right next-door to walk to in decent breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful

The room was pretty decent. The elevator was broken but also looked like it needed a great fix in general. The hotel is decent for what it is but not spectacular per se.

Night front desk lady was not very helpful .
She parks her pickup truck in the parking space reserved for Handicapped . Her Registration is expired and has been since 2024 .
