Great hotel during these challenging times
Paris was working the evening shift. He was fantastic ensuring my room assignment had not been recently occupied due to covid concerns and in allowing me to valet me own vehicle in the hotel section. Check-in was a breeze. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Very Good 8.0
The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Very good service. Nice bed and bathroom products. Getting to the workout room/spa/pool is a bit of a puzzle. The place looks like it can do with a bit of a sprucing up here and there. While leaving the room and heading to the elevator I was a bit shocked to encounter a large cockroach. That was not a great farewell image.

Never again because of front desk interaction
I was told at the front desk, that I was going to be upgraded but then they said, sorry, wrong name. I didn't ask for the ugrade, they offered and then revoked. They apologized but didn't do the upgrade because they were "sold out." Then they put us in a room directly over the pool that smelled like chlorine. Moved us to a better smelling room but no other attempt to make this interaction better. Really horrible customer service to do this.

Pure relaxation
One of the most relaxing places to stay with an excellent restaurant. Sat and enjoyed a lively tea one afternoon. Love the soaking tub in the bath area.

Great service mediocre room
Hotel staff & dinner at hotel restaurant was excellent. But we spent well over $2,000 for the Georgian suite- which was in need of a facelift. Although it was roomy It looked old & worn out from the floors to the counters & curtains - plus the dust behind the bed was like it had never ever been cleaned. Stains on the carpet & counter tops & tile floor- hair on the pillow case (before we got in it) - shower had no door (purposely) but it still gets water all over the place. Room very poorly lit especially I bathroom. All the hotel Service was exceptional, friendly & helpful suite was mediocre at best & not worth the price. Rooms need some TLC

Good service
The guest service on the phone was very helpful. Very flexible with the breakfast arrangements, allowing us to change our breakfast package to room service. They gave us ample amounts of delicious jams and extra croissants. Overall very pleased with the stay and will return next time.
