The hotel was in a great location and the rooms were nice and the restrooms were small but functional. Upon check-in we were greeted by Desan who was amazing. Desan checked us in quickly and provided us information of easting establishments and routes to various attractions. The hotel was clean and well kept. It was a great stay for our family. It was a busy weekend with the Outside Lands Festival going on in the city but we didn’t feel it even with the hotel being booked out. The service was top notch with everyone being friendly, warm, and courteous. Valet parking is a bit expensive but on par with all other hotels and parking garages in the city. I recommend staying here for business or pleasure!
