Rooms had a kitchen, were huge, clean & comfortable; Nice view of Zapopan; Gave us 2 waters & 2 beers for n/c, only downside no coffee maker and no hair dryer. Onsite parking sucked...only 8 spaces and everyone who came late parked along the back wall which blocked the other cars in, or I should say, at least our truck. If we had a small car probably would not have been a problem. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Can be cold!
The place is very pretty; the suite is roomy and nice, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a large living room /kitchen. There is an air conditioner, but no heat. The place was very cold for us in late January. Bring electric heaters!! The shower was nice but the water temp went from hot to cool; not too pleasant.

A Hotel w/ a Twist
Hotel Autentico was quite an experience and very different than what we are used to. This is a location for young and hip people who want to have a great time. The rooms are definitely different but also clean and the property is well taken care of. I want to thank the staff for their wonderful service. The front desk was very attentive and helped us out with all our needs. Security also ensured our stay was pleasant, and the employees at the bar/billiards lounge made us feel welcome. The hotel allows for parties and music after hours, and also has a very popular club, which we werent aware of, but we definitely made the best out of our stay. We went from feeling like we were out of place to having the best time! Again, the staff went out of their way to ensure comfort in our stay. Gracias muchachos!

The property itself looks great. We did not have all amenities available listed to us. Not ideal for families or business travelers because it is a party hotel. The staff does not care that loud music at all hours is an issue to it’s patrons.
