We were put in a basement room with a view of back yard with dirty doors etc. .no hair dryer or Iron. Luckily we asked for one at reception but had to walk 100 yrds to do that. .door didn't close properly so could hear all noise. Toilet flush from next rooms was very loud. Also terrible creaking floorboards from rooms above. Parking was limited on street and was pay and display which was expensive for 24 hours. We were not far from beach so that was a bonus. Only stayed one night fr an occasion that we had in Plymouth. Will say rooms are ok otherwise x

First time staying in this property as it was my first time to Plymouth and my partner left his bank card in the hotel room and when we come back from being out I had noticed that the cleaner had been in our room ( without us being asked ) and changed the bins and the bedding when we went to pick up his bank card it was gone from the place it was put searched high and low and still no bank card hotel having got back to us about questioning the cleaner or to even offer us any type of refund but over all hotel was ok staff the first night was lovely

The staff was very nice, we liked that the place was dog-friendly, the room was clean and had all we needed. The only downside was the quality of the breakfast. Other than that, I would definitely come back. Great location!

Cleanliness is actually very good. Hot breakfast was disappointing but there are a few other alternatives. Staff is very kind and helpful 🙂

Great room and service
Nice, clean, spacious room in central but quiet location. Super friendly staff. They offered a freshly cooked takeaway breakfast which I could eat in my room after the regular breakfast time. Much appreciated that I didn’t miss out on the tasty breakfast and still being able to sleep in! One downside was that unfortunately the wifi didn’t work throughout all days of my stay. It did work at reception/breakfast room which is in a different building. I’d still recommend this hotel though and would stay here again.
