We felt very welcome upon our arrival. The front desk person was very friendly and professional.
The room was clean and well appointed. We had breakfast 2 days in a row and really felt like it was a fine dining experience. If we find ourselves back in Alexandria again we will be back!

Great stay and cozy neighborhood
My stay was great, I would suggest they look at maintenance issues before allowing guest to stay. My sink in my suite was not draining properly. Also, they should remind housekeeping to communicate with front desk before checking on room for guests that are leaving instead of just coming directly to room.

Room was very clean. Bed comfy. Room was cold. This past weekend was a very cold spell. Could not get heat to come on. Called front desk and maintenance was to come...... never came. Second night or was still cold!

The Ying and Yang of hotel stays
I did not see very many other people during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downer was seemingly unattended children who decided to run the halls, scream and yell in their room which was a couple rooms away. This happened after midnight wakening me. Then I was privy to sounds of lovemaking from next door. UGH. Thin walls.

Decent hotel
Hotel was nice, good location. Seemed fairly clean but there was a constant smell of marijuana in the hallway. One downside was the doors to enter/exit were always unlocked. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is very close to the airport so at times, the airplanes taking off and landing were pretty loud, but not constant.
