Great hotel! Clean and comfy. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast included (pastries, yogurt, coffee) Loved the free wine hour. Great location and really easy to walk to the Giants game. Found a parking garage nearby that was cheaper to park our car for the night. Will definitely stay again!!

6/10 Good

Room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there was a loud beeping/whirring sound outside which never stopped. Seems likely from the ventilation system. Also it was very expensive for the size of the room.

The room is small but clean and has everything you need (except an overhead light- but lots of lamps). Breakfast was ok- as expected of a continental breakfast. Location was great for the SF marathon! Close to the bart and other public transit. Beautiful waterfront location.

8/10 Very good

Clean room, very responsive and professional staff. The breakfast is just coffee, pastries, juices and yogurt. Some proteins like eggs and bacon would be a great addition. I was hoping that since I got water side and king size bed it be a couples room with double sinks but it was only one sink. And room was small, to be expected in San Francisco I guess. Overall a 4-star hotel.
