Clean room, very responsive and professional staff. The breakfast is just coffee, pastries, juices and yogurt. Some proteins like eggs and bacon would be a great addition. I was hoping that since I got water side and king size bed it be a couples room with double sinks but it was only one sink. And room was small, to be expected in San Francisco I guess. The lobby and the view from the room are super pretty. Walking distance to a lot of things (Giants game, farmers market, Piers, Alcatraz shuttle). However it is a main road right next to the ocean so there will be loud cars driving by until 3:00amish, other than that loved the view.
