2/10 Poor
Nothing was good with this experience. We were not given check in information prior to arrival other than what was on the original booking. Once we arrived we could not access the building of the address which I had been given. I called multiple times and was spoken to by a very rude employee who at one point hung up on me when I asked for the number she had on the booking form. I was then thankfully helped by a local man who worked Nextdoor to the accommodation who told me check in was at 5pm. It was 12pm and I had my 3 small children and luggage and nowhere to go. I was told by a different employee via WhatsApp that if I arrived early there would be suitable storage for luggage. There was not. Later in the day I was then contacted again via WhatsApp by a third employee to give me details on how to enter the apartment however it was a different address to what I had booked. This would not have been an issue however the first floor apartment they gave me was located directly above a night club. This of course was not known to us until bed time with my kids and the loud music would not stop until the early hours of the morning shortly followed by tables and chairs being dragged around after the club was closed and then finished off with recycling companies emptying the glass bins at around 4-5am. We checked ourselves into new accommodation first thing the next day as we could not have spent another sleepless night here with our children. Absolute disgrace.
