Don’t waste your money here
First visit to this location was great so decided to bring my family back for vacation. Reservation was for 5 so we had a room with two beds & a pullout couch. We came in, found only 2 towels and no bedding for the pullout. I called the front desk and was told they were short on towels, and they would see what they could do. An hour later, we finally get a couple more towels and the bedding. We open the couch to make the bed and the mattress reeks of urine. We call the front desk again. The only solution they could come up with was a king bed room - 1 bed, 5 people?? I understand not having rooms, but why not just swap mattresses for the pullout? They assure us they will move us the next day. Day 2: up early for son's football tournament and breakfast supposed to start at 6. Perfect, we have to leave by 7:15. Except, not here - they are "running behind". It's almost 7 before food is out and ready. The pancake machine isn't working so one of the staff members takes her bare hand and starts digging around and pulls out old crusty batter that was blocking the flow. No gloves & clearly an unclean machine. Later in the day, we switch rooms, but not until after 4 because they are "behind" on getting rooms cleaned. Once again, we walk in to a room with only 2 towels and no bedding for the pullout. I go to the front desk this time, so we don't have to wait forever, and get told I’ll have to use pool towels. New toilet broken, tv doesn’t work… horrible service overall
