Extremely unhappy
Sleeping area wasn’t terrible but the TV did not work, everything looked old, the bathroom was horrible, tiles cracked in the shower, water handles and shower body very rusty as well as the bathroom door. Most importantly there were roaches in the bathroom, I squashed three of them myself. Will never go back or recommend to anyone.

6/10 Good

Front desk staff was very kind and friendly but ceiling in room was in bad shape with water spots, walls need paint and had water or some remnants of liquid running down them, bed was warped in the middle needing a replacement. Potential to be a decent hotel if Maintenance is done. Probably wont saty here again not clean enough.

Not in a good area, noisy, needs updating, things broken, felt that someone was going to break into my car, felt very unsafe and the rooms are not great.

Remove this listing. There are cockroaches in room 216. Staff doesn't clean after guests. Old towels were kept in the shower.

Sketchy and dangerous
There are some scary people staying here. The sliding doors were broken and the safety bar slid down behind me after I closed the balcony, locking me on the second story. After being threatened with violence by my neighbors, I had to scale down from the second story to let myself back in. Sketchiest, most dangerous hotel I've ever stayed at.

Bad Experience!
There was a bad musty smell when we arrived. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke in a non smoking room. There were many flies in the room and especially the bathroom. There were burn holes in the sheets and blanket plus a large rip in the chair.

I booked a room with two king beds and was given a room with 1 king bed and 1 double, the sheets on the beds was dirty and the terrace door didn't lock. I told the people at the front desk house keeping was gone at that time. The people at the front desk said they couldn't change the room because there were rooms available with 2 king beds and gave us clean sheets for the beds.

Overpriced - Undercleaned
Strong odor in lobby, worse in room, cigarette burns in linens and on the couch in a non-smoking room, marijuana and animal odors, wall-mounted bathroom sink had a fist-sized hole it, many flying insects, a few dead in the toilet, no battery in the smoke detector, blood splattered on the ceiling, no breakfast provided despite indications online to the contrary...We are a traveling family...mom, dad, 2 kids, and a small dog - we checked in, unloaded our stuff, did not unpack, went to dinner, talked about it and returned, got our stuff, and went elsewhere. I used to travel for work and have stayed in some undesirable lodgings...no big deal, but even with a family and a dog this is not a $130/night hotel. It is more in the $40-$60 range. Maybe even hourly or monthly. I got the impression that a lot of people there were living there.

8/10 Very good

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. It was quiet, no loud noises or loud people. One tv didn’t work.

Could be better
I do not want to give a substandard review where I am sure the owners work hard to run their business and make an honest living. But that can't be avoided here. Not good: 1) The room smelled. Possibly from smoking, not sure. But it had a strong smell. 2) One of the two beds looked like it had been slept in. We took the other one, but had our doubts as to what condition the sheets and pillows were really in, and whether something was in the bed that we would not want to be sleeping with. 3) The majority of lights did not work, or we could not find a switch for them. The room was dim and dark during the night. Was OK: 1) The bathroom was clean. 2) The climate control worked well 3) It was quiet.
