Jul 27, 2026The Hotel is relatively new and clean, and the check-in staff was very courteous and helpful. The Hotel does not have a working elevator; I had to change our room from the third floor to the ground floor. There is no coffee maker in the room, and the bathtub-and-shower combination is probably built for midgets or 5-year-olds. One literally has to sit or bend down to take a shower to the upper body part. There is no hot water either.

Mar 30, 2026Hotel was being remodeled during our stay. We stayed in one of the newly remolded rooms. Checked in late at night and left in the morning, was perfect for a one night stay. Great breakfast.

Jun 9, 2026The room was great. Very clean, smelled nice. The only thing that was concerning was the elevator. Button lights did not work and it was extremely creaky. Continental breakfast was as expected—eggs, make-your-own waffles, yogurt, coffee, bagels, toast.

Apr 12, 2026The facility was going through a remodeling. So a lot of dust in entryway. I found the staff competent and friendly. For weary travelers, the room was comfortable and rested well each night. The room was clean and the restroom newly remodeled. Conveniently located near restaurants and Wally World was close.

Jul 3, 2026The room itself was very clean, but this location is going through a remodel. The elevator was out of order, so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs on the outside of the building, which to me is unsafe. The sink in the bathroom drained really slow, and the shower didn’t have hot water, only lukewarm water. Their makeshift breakfast area was in an extremely small area and options were very limited. The staff were pleasant though. I think once the remodel is done this will be a really nice hotel, but I would not stay here again until the remodel is complete.

Mar 5, 2026We were there while the lobby was being renovated. I assume the rooms will follow, and that's good, because the one we were in was dated, and the bathroom desperately needs a remodel from the studs out. But the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet. That's all we needed. The gentleman who checked us in was awesome.
