Cozy Historic Inn
I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. Whenever I stay here, I feel like I am staying at a friends house. The rooms just feel so homey and cozy. A little bit outdated but I think it lends to the charm of the inn. When you walk in to the main building (there are 3 buildings in total), there is a super cozy library room with a fire place and you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The hotel and rooms are very clean. I have always received great customer service. I really love the location of this hotel as it is within walking distance to the waterfront. This hotel feels like it is a 10 minute walk from almost everything - Spring Garden Road, restaurants, and the VG Hospital. It's in a great location. The only downfall for some people might be that there is not an elevator in any of the 3 buildings.

A charming little boutique hotel that is walking distance to a lot of eateries, the boardwalk, and pretty close to Dalhousie University. My room was very roomy and comfortable. It's not super modern but is not rundown. The bed was nice and firm like I like it. The shower presure was great. The only thjng that you.will need to be aware of is that there are no elevators. So if you have a lot of luggage or are not able to walk up/down stairs, this property may not be for you. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would return.
