Front desk staff was friendly, but room smelled stale , toilet in bathroom hardly flushed , this hotel just seems outdated, breakfast was mediocre …it was very quiet though … I travel a lot and I don’t think I’ll come back to this location .

The hotel needs renovation. The room was ok, with a separated kitchen and bedroom. However, the sofa needed to be clean. Good breakfast!

Our room was nice. The noise from upstairs and our neighbors were heard but not the worst. The bed wasn't all that comfortable but the pillows were good. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. Being able to have/make meals in our room was definitely a plus. Couldn't enjoy the pool bc the chlorine was overwhelming and burning our eyes. But overall we had a good stay

The suites were very large and beds very comfortable. Especially liked the large refrigerator. We stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was not as good as expected. Would have liked to have waffle maker and cereal options. The cookies in the afternoon were a nice surprise. Will definitely stay here again as it is close to family. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel.

Had a cancelled flight on the previous day, and had prepaid. Didn't realize I needed to check in. Hotel staff and manager kindly accommodated and understood the situation, and allowed us to complete the rest of our stay.
Extremely helpful staff, and they remembered me.
Hotel room was always fantastic, and nice and clean, kitchenette and bathroom.
Will definitely be my go-to here again when I'm in Houston.
