DC budget hotel - Excellent comfort
Okay, so it's the hotel staff and amenities were actually really good! The location is a bit of a challenge. Parking is difficult and there is train tracks behind the hotel and a busy street in front of the hotel. Although the noise levels aren't that bad.It's in a industrial area, but the hotel and rooms are actually excellent and well priced for a downtown D.C.Hotel.

I did not feel safe at this location. No one told me that this was Section 8 housing. Many Uber drivers refused to pick me up due to the location which resulted in me being late for my meetings. Doors slamming all hours of the night and there were just crazy noises. There were vagrants and unhoused people in the hallways and outside the building.

It was ok.
Overall, the room was clean. It did smell like cigarette smoke. I had to turn on the AC to air it out. The bed skirt was ripped and there were cigarette burns on the sheet. The furniture was beat up a little bit. I did spray everything down with lysol just to be safe.

I will never book with this hotel again! It was disgusting. Hookers was in & out police everywhere. They had a man on the floor handcuffed like it was normal. IT WAS SO DIRTY AND SMELLED WORSE! The manager blames it on renovations. The pull out beds are held together with telephone wires and mattress had MOLD. If you have kids and care about your families saftey & Heath DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. They ended up charging me the full amount after I paid through Orbitz and had to drive a hour back to the hotel because the phone are down as well, just to take care of it. Thank GOD I booked through Orbitz they re located us within 2hours. I normally don’t complain but this was just UNBELIEVABLE! DEFINITELY NOT A FAMILY HOTEL

NEVER AGAIN
I will never stay here again. The condition of this hotel is trash and the staff just doesn’t care. My room clearly wasn’t cleaned. We didn’t have enough towels for 2 adults for 2 nights. I asked for more and never received them. If I didn’t buy my own from the store I would’ve never been able to wash.
